Conditions
After
12 weeks, tenants only have to give 2 weeks notice when intending
to leave
(if tenancy is broken prior to 12 week period, £50.00
per week will be taken for the number of weeks the contract
has been in effect).
£400.00 deposit to be paid upon arrival by cash, travellers
cheques, credit card or bankers draft
£50.00 inclusive holding deposit taken on booking (which
will be deducted from the £400 deposit upon arrival)
Credit Card Payment on Arrival are subject to a 5% charge
